British Training Solutions has announced it is introducing new health
and fitness courses specially designed to be taught by schools.

Impact Training BTS was featured in a recent issue of Kumudaham Health, a Tamil publication in South India.

The four fitness professionals Amanda Brewer, Jade Brewer, Ian Baker, and Mark Chambers were at the FitnessOne centre in Kilpauk, to launch the new i-Combat martial-arts based fitness programme!
